The Marked Alpha Novel – Samuel’s POV “But that’s not fair,” I screamed, standing up from my chair. I have been the leader of our coven for two decades now. The elemental coven is known for their powers tied to the five elements. The witches of our coven are often scary if I have to be honest. “No. What’s not fair is the fact that you chose to fall in love with her!” Marissa was on her feet the moment I stood up.
She had been down my throat ever since I told her that I am in love with The Alpha’s daughter of The Blue Moon Pack. I am a witch by blood. Pure blooded at that. My father was a witch and my father was a warlock. So I became the leader of this coven at a young age because not everyone comes with a blood line like mine. “Falling in love is not a decision. I didn’t choose to fall in love, Marissa. It’s a feeling that you only realize once you are in.
And that’s exactly what’s -” “What I am hearing right now, is a bunch of bullshit Samuel!” Marissa cuts me off mid sentence. I can just strip her off her titles and banish her from the coven, if I want. But I stay calm instead and take a few deep breaths before turning around to walk out. “If you choose her, Samuel. Then the abomination will pay one day,” Marissa whispers just when I was at the door. I turned around to look at her, blood boiling.
The abomination she just called, is my child. The Alpha’s daughter is pregnant and it’s with my child. I hid her somewhere not even my coven or her pack could reach. I promised her I would deal with all the affairs and get back with her. And once I get back, I intend on staying forever with her. I don’t mind if my child is a werewolf or a witch.
I am just happy to be living my life with the one I love, despite our races being different. “Touch the shadow of my child and then watch to see if you live for another day,” my voice is as cold as it gets as I subtly warn Marissa and turn around again. I know that my child will constantly have threats. From werewolves and witches. Because she is a product of two different races. Not just any people from any race, but a witch coven leader father and Alpha Heir mother. People would be behind my child for power.
For the blood that flows through their veins. I need to do something to protect my child. I realized that now is the time I need to get back to Katherine. Before I could cross the borders of The Blue Moon Pack to let the Alpha know that his daughter is doing well, even though I cannot really tell him where she is.. he himself caught me instead. “Tell me my daughter is alive!” His face is an inch away from mine, his fingers are digging into my throat, his nostrils flaring with an insane amount of anger. “She is! She is!!” I whispered and only then, did he let me go in one piece. “I received a threat from your coven and I swear to Moon Goddess if anything happens to my daughter-” Alpha Zachary stops mid sentence.
All I could do was hold his hand in mine and look him in the eye. “I know what the threat states,” I told him. Because I was right in the same room when the scroll was written. My child will be cursed with a mark on their body even if I chose to put them in a far different corner of the planet. The mark is for the witches of my own coven, to track my child down. Because in their eyes, my child is an abomination. Something that shouldn’t have happened. Witches and were
