The look he proposed focused on transforming the dining room into an inviting home office that still fulfills all the different functions the client needs. This design successfully met the client’s desire for a cohesive space that flows smoothly and blends in with the rest of the house. From walls and floors to furniture, office color palettes follow the same style as others life area: fresh white accented with a light gray color.

The room is centered around a sturdy u-shaped oak table with matching storage console and coordinating shelves. These wooden elements give the room just a touch of rustic industrial style and textural interest. The arrangement is based on an antique area rug with a hint of blue.
Overhead, a shaded drum chandelier draws the eye upward while casting soft light over the room. Floor-to-ceiling curtains not only enhance the room, but also offer noise reduction and blackout functions. In this way, the light and sound of the room are easily controlled, making the perfect work environment.

Meanwhile, black accents in art prints, curtain rods and trims provide much-needed contrast. These pieces also make the gaming chair, which sits in the corner, feel as if it is part of the design.
In another corner of the house office, easy chairs and sleek side tables provide a comfortable place to relax or host visitors who want to sit and chat. To complete the design, some potted plants and succulents breathe fresh air into the room.
